A report is showing the worldwide smartphone sales by operating system for 2010. In the chart here it shows Symbian ranking number 1, followed by Android, RIM and iOS. RIM barely stayed in front of Apple by 0.3% while in 2009 they were ahead by 5.5%.
With the Verizon iPhone 4, it’s safe to say that RIM needs to improve the BlackBerry very quickly or they will surely be passed this year.
