A report is stating that if you cruise over to AT&T’s website you can get a iPhone 3GS (Refurb Cosmetic Blemish) for $0.01! It was $9 at one point, but if that didn’t entice you towards the physically blemished device, maybe for $0.01 you won’t be able to control yourself.
Personally, I’m not buying till it’s free.
