Asus, Acer, Lenovo preparing to take on Apple’s MacBook Air.

In light of Dell terminating its Adamo laptop line, a report is stating that price was to blame for its failure, not the components. They state that Apple also initially had weak MacBook Air sales due to price but has since dropped the price and sales have improved.
It also states new competitors are joining in to take on the Macbook Air:
Acer, Asustek Computer, and Lenovo are all set to launch ultra-thin notebooks with 13.3- to 14-inch screens. These machines are expected to have better industrial design than previous models with friendlier pricing to compete against Apple’s MacBook Air.
Let’s hope they release something great to keep Apple pushing the market.
