Nokia and Microsoft partnership announcement video used Apple iMovie sound loop.

This might be a bit embarrassing but the announcement video that revealed the partnership between Nokia and Microsoft uses a royalty free sound loop available on Apple’s iMovie software. The loop is called “Pendulum” and comes with every copy of iMovie.

That can’t be true?! Apple themselves actually used the loop in the video showing off their aluminum unibody design.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
