Over 60% of iPad 2 production to be 3G model.

A report has surfaced stating that the first round of production models for the iPad 2 will come equipped with 3G built in. If you look at the chart above it shows a 3G GSM version, likely AT&T, as 46% of the initial wave and a 3G CDMA, likely Verizon, at 16%. The WiFi version finishes out the rest with 38%.

Their has been a recent leak of the iPad 2 display as well as rumors of a “A5” dual-core processor.
