A report is stating that Apple held third place for smartphones in the U.S. during the three months ending in Decemeber 2010. RIM was first with 31.6% and Google made a 7.3% percent leap to put them in second with 28.7%. Apple raised 0.7% putting them at an even 25%.
Many speculate that with all the Verizon iPhone rumors that the holidays weren’t as strong as usual. It will be interesting to see these number in a few months.
